This banana walnut bread is a nutrient-packed, guilt-free treat that’s perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert!

Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
1 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
100g butter
2 large eggs
1 cup plant based milk
3 ripe banana
1 cup broken up walnuts
(optional 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon)
Preparation
Preheat oven 180 degrees
Blend butter, eggs, sugar
Add bananas
In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients
Add the wet ingredients including the plant based milk
Gently stir in the broken up walnuts
Line a bread tin with baking paper and pour in mixture
Bake in the oven for approximately 50 mins. Check and bake for an additional 5-10 if a skewer comes out with wet ingredients.
Allow to cool.
I like to serve this warm with a bit of butter - super yum!
